KALAKI RIOT ships all orders via USPS. For US orders, please allow 7 - 14 business days for us to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped along with a tracking number. For international orders, please allow 7 - 14 business days for KALAKI RIOT to ship your items. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or preferred mail carrier once your order ships nor are we responsible for delays that occur in customs for international orders. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other custom fees within their country.

If you need to return your jewelry for any reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (we cannot accept returns without being notified first). Our policy lasts 7 days for a full refund. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can only grant store credit or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
Please note we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom or personalized pieces or special order items. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packing slip and in its original packaging (box & jewelry pouch).
Our pieces are handcrafted to ensure the highest quality and authenticity of design. That being said, we do realize that sometimes life happens! You can always take your piece to your local jeweler for quicker repair but if you have time and prefer to send it to us, all repairs must be approved by KALAKI RIOT first; contact email@example.com prior to sending your jewelry back first. Repairs can take up to 14 days to ship back.

Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards are redeemable only for use on www.kalakiriot.com. One-time use only. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized use of cards and can deny or terminate abuse of code applied to any order or transaction. KALAKI RIOT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Use of our gift cards constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling costs of their purchases - this includes returns, exchanges, and repairs. S&H costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
KALAKI RIOT is not responsible for lost exchanges so we strongly suggest you include tracking and insurance with your shipment.
